These Terms govern access to and use of NeuroCom’s: AI edge compute infrastructure Training and inference platforms APIs, management tools, and portals Associated professional services
NeuroCom provides enterprise and institutional infrastructure services. We do not provide consumer applications.
Customers are responsible for: Lawful use of services Security of credentials and access keys Compliance with applicable regulations Content and data processed on the platform
Customers must not: Use services for unlawful purposes Attempt to compromise platform security Deploy workloads that violate regulatory requirements
NeuroCom targets enterprise-grade service levels, subject to: Planned maintenance Force majeure events External infrastructure dependencies
Customers retain ownership of all data and intellectual property NeuroCom claims no rights over customer models or outputs Processing rights exist solely to deliver services
Commercial terms are defined in: Master Service Agreements (MSA) Statements of Work (SOW) Commercial schedules or order forms
Both parties agree to protect confidential business, technical, and commercial information.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as defined in governing agreements.
Services may be terminated: At contract expiration For material breach Where required by law or regulation
Governing law and jurisdiction are defined in the applicable service agreement.
